Lorraine Limon-Smith, PTA, CSCI

Lorraine has over 25 years experience as a physical therapist assistant in the sports and orthopedic rehabilitation setting and the home health environment. She is also a Certified Strengthening and Conditioning Instructor. She enjoys working with people of all ages and helping them to return to   a better quality of life. She was an ambassador with the Monrovia Chamber of Commerce and past vice president of Business Networking International. Lorraine is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys traveling, camping, hiking or snowshoeing in the mountains with her husband Gary and Yellow Lab, K-Lee.


Brandon Dunn, NST, PES, CPT

Brandon is an ex-collegiate athlete that was introduced to physical therapy and functional training after a number of knee injuries and surgeries. That led to his advanced studies and subsequent certification as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Brandon competes in triathlons and provides a great example of how optimal fitness and specific training can move you past injuries and can allow you to live an active lifestyle. He is also the only certified Nike SPARQ Trainer in San Gabriel Valley.


Mike Millanes, DPT

Mike Millanes is a native of Tempe, Arizona and a graduate of Northern Arizona University. After receiving his bachelors degree he proceeded to the the University of Southern California and graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2001. Mike is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and specializes in treating Orthopedic Sports injuries. As a former college athlete and high school coach, Mike understands the importance of an effective and speedy rehabilitaton process. Mike enjoys running and snowboarding throughout Southern California.

 

Traci Williams, PT

Traci started working in the orthopedic physical therapy field after obtaining her Bachelors Degree in athletic training from Long Beach State in 1991. She graduated from Sacramento
State in 1997 with a degree in Physical Therapy. Traci moved to the east coast and spent
10 years working in various orthopedic clinics in NYC and Philadelphia. While in Philadephia,
she received her training as a foot and ankle specialist working with the chief foot and
ankle surgeon at the University of Pennsylvania. Traci is a former gymnast and collegiate springboard diver. She enjoys scuba diving, traveling and spending time with her husband,

Brendan McQuaid, CPT
Brendan grew up in Monrovia and attended Arcadia High School. He participated in
many sports including soccer, hockey, basketball, track and baseball. He then attended
Cal State LA where he played collegiate baseball and majored in kinesiology. Brendan is also a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
He likes to help people become better athletes and achieve their fitness goals.
In his spare time, he enjoys sports, experiencing new things and spending time with family
and friends.
 
 
 
 Ben Torres, ATC                                                                                           

Ben is a board certified athletic trainer whose professional background ranges from
women's soccer to boxing. He was the head athletic trainer for All American
Heavyweights where he trained amateur and professional boxers.
Ben has a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from University of La Verne. He enjoys his time being family and friends.
Ben also heads the S.T.A.R. program at The Physical Edge for athletes.

 

Darshana Chetti, Office Manager                                                                     
Darshana graduated from Westmont College, Santa Barbara with an English major.                       
After graduation, she worked for Hayashida & Associates PT in Santa Barbara before
returning to her hometown of Arcadia.  Darshana loves to use her organizational skills
to help “behind-the-scenes” in office settings. Her hobbies include reading,
walking/hiking and playing tennis.
